WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL SITE OF THE OVNEA!

The Ontario Valley National 8-Ball Association was formed in 1995 by VNEA Charter Holders who were interested in creating a tournament for teams and players across the province of Ontario.  In 2000, the tournament expanded its Charter Members to include the Province of Quebec.

The OVNEA's mandate is to organize an annual Provincial tournament involving teams and players sanctioned with the VNEA and it's Charter Holders.  Teams and Players participate in leagues run by Charter Holders in both provinces.  Its goal is to promote honest, fair and competitive eight-ball leagues with honourable competition between players and between Charter Holders.

As a non-profit organization, we depend on volunteers from our Charter Holder members to take on the responsibility of organizing each yearly tournament.  These Charter Holders travel great distances throughout the year to not only attend the provincials, but also to attend regular meetings in order to prepare for each yearly tournament.

The OVNEA has an elected executive as well as committee chairs that are responsible for the activities involved with the provincial tournament.
